The purpose of the NWB Motorcycle Club is to pursue, promote, and protect the interest and safety of motorcyclist; to develop better and more enthusiastic relationships between the community and the rider of motorcycles; to encourage rider participation in events and charities; to sponsor and promote organized events; and in general to perform any act therewith not forbidden by the laws of the State of Maryland.
